We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service.  For your convenience we accept cash, check, credit card or CareCredit.

For patients with dental insurance, an estimated co-pay is require to be paid on the day of treatment.  Due to a liability associated with these open cases, Great Lakes Endodontics requires a second form of payment to be retained in our records to cover balances not paid by insurance.  This is usually in the form of a credit card.  For accounts with a balance after an insurance claim, you will have the options of credit card, debit, check, or CareCredit to finalize the account.

Most insurance companies will respond within three to five weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time, please contact us.  Please note remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We appreciate your timely remittance. 

While we do not accept payment plans, we do offer CareCredit as an excellent alternative. Patients are encouraged to apply for CareCredit prior to appointment if they are interested. Apply directly to Care Credit. More information can be found on their website
